Brilliard Boating RVA

Brilliard Boating has the boat and the Captain. You bring the people! Offered in 2.5 or 4-hour increments with families and friends in mind. Brillard Boating picks you up from Osbourne Boat Landing (next to Lilly Pad restaurant) and drops you off exhausted (and tan!) when the fun is done. Life jackets are provided, and gas is always included.
