In the midst of fast-paced sales careers, Harriet Mills took a weekend beach trip that changed her life. Looking for a fun girls’ night out, the group of friends stumbled into a paint and sip studio. Harriet and her friends created more than a painting that night; their experience sparked the idea to quit their corporate jobs and launch a brand that would allow them to create a fun, family-focused business.

Harriet immediately began creating the Wine & Design brand that exists today. She opened a studio in Raleigh, North Carolina, and it was a smashing success. After two years of operation, she realized her dream to help other entrepreneurs combine their life values with their career aspirations and launched the first franchise.
