How would it feel to live more consciously? To step out of the automatic thinking and knee-jerk reactions that keep us from living the life you imagine?
During this 4-week series, you’ll learn evidence-based practices that will change your relationship to stress in a trauma-informed, compassionate environment. You’ll experience better emotional regulation and walk away recharged by the learning, practices, and the shared space of community.
Each class will incorporate time for guided breathing exercises, gentle movement, education about how to hack your nervous system to take more control of your life, and sharing in community with the group.
