Kitten season is fast approaching, and Richmond Animal League (RAL) is inviting the community to learn how they can make a lifesaving difference. On Saturday, April 5th, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, RAL will host Kitten Fostering 101, a free informational class at its shelter, designed for new fosters and anyone who has thought about kitten fostering but would like more information.
Each year, shelters see an influx of kittens—many of whom are too young to survive without foster care. This class will provide an overview of kitten fostering, covering essential topics such as bottle-feeding, socialization, medical needs, and the support available to fosters.
Attendees will enjoy light refreshments and have the opportunity to ask questions about fostering.
Space is limited, so RSVPs are required to ensure adequate food and seating.
