How-to-build a Charcuterie Board Workshop!

Join Bite by Bite & Co. at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery for some weekday fun! We will be creating a beautiful board to take home and enjoying a delicious charcuterie-tasting where you learn to create the perfect bite and indulge in all things charcuterie!

During this workshop, participants will be preparing a 10-inch masterpiece. Participants will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on the directions and examples provided by their instructor after tasting specialty cheeses and meats, some of which are made in our new storefront property in Stony Point Mall. Some of the cheese dips and cheese balls will be available to purchase after the class. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Be sure to come hungry, too!
