SWEET POTATO & SAGE:
Ardent Craft Ales
Sweet Potato and Sage is a dry, farmhouse-style saison. Earthy notes from the sweet potatoes are balanced by the fragrant aroma of fresh, local sage. This fall seasonal features a continental malt backbone and subtle hop presence in a well-rounded beer. 6.4% ABV
Location: 3200 W. Leigh St (Scott’s Addition)
OKTOBERFEST:
Fine Creek Brewing
Coming soon to Fine Creek Brewing (one of our favorite spots, especially in the Fall) is the Oktoberfest. Brewed in the old traditional Märzen style, this copper-amber lager is made with tons of Munich and Vienna malts for a rich toasty flavor with a hint of caramel while still being dry and balanced so you can easily drink it a liter at a time!
Location: 2425 Robert E Lee Rd (Powhatan)
LAST LEAF MAPLE BROWN ALE:
Starr Hill Beer Hall & Rooftop
When you want a fall-flavored beer that is not an Oktoberfest or a pumpkin ale, this is what you should reach for! Last Leaf is a brown ale made with real Virginia maple syrup for a rich, smooth, pancake-y pint you’re sure to want a stack of.
Location: 3406 W Leigh St (Scott’s Addition)
OKTOBERFEST:
Main Line Brewery
Oktoberfest is a traditional Märzen with German malts. It is brewed with the same profile of Main Line Brewery’s Vienna Lager, with the only German copper-clad brewhouse in Richmond.
Location:1603 Ownby Ln (Near Scott’s Addition)
FARMHOUSE PUMPKIN:
Hardywood Park Craft Brewery
Hardywood Farmhouse Pumpkin is brewed with a classic saison yeast, over 1,000 lbs of Virginia-grown sugar pumpkins from Snake Creek Farms, three pounds of whole nutmeg, clove, and allspice from C F Sauer Foods Inc, and over four pounds of fresh ginger root from Casselmonte Farm — it is truly a Virginia treat. The farmhouse ale presents a soft mouthfeel with balanced, rustic fall flavors. Get into the Autumn spirit with a draft pour at Hardywood today!
Locations: 2410 Ownby Ln (Richmond) & 820 Sanctuary Trail Dr (West Creek)
REDRUM IIPA:
Center of the Universe
A haunted collaboration between COTU and Kings Dominion. The Redrum IIPA is a blood red Imperial India Pale Ale loaded with hops, and aromas of kiwi, mango, pineapple and other tropical fruit offset by underlying notes of graham cracker and lightly toasted bread.
Location: 11293 Air Park Rd (Ashland)
VAMPIRE IMPERIAL RED ALE
Legend Brewing
The Vampire Red Ale is sure to get you ready for spooky season. This beer is opaque with soft carbonation and a smooth mouth feel. Unfiltered for the telltale haze, this IPA is dry-hopped with Citra and Azacca for big, juicy flavor and aroma with medium bitterness. With flavors of tropical, stone, and citrus fruits.
Location: 321 W 7th St (Manchester)
