This no-nonsense tavern features booths, pub grub, and cans of craft beer.

O’Toole’s Restaurant & Pub
Founded by first-generation American James Edward O’Toole in 1966, this spot is Central Virginia’s oldest Irish pub. Now owned and operated by James’s sons, John and Tom O’Toole, the pub offers great food, fine drinks, sprightly music, and the healthiest dose of Irish cheer in Richmond.
