First Fridays
Kick off the new year and the weekend with a visit to the Virginia Museum of History & Culture. The spot hosts an evening of food trucks, live music, happy hour specials, and family fun — plus you get gallery access for free!

Traveling Bricks
While we’re on the topic of VMHC, the Traveling Bricks exhibition travels out of town after this weekend. Don't miss your chance to take the kiddos to see LEGO-made models of iconic land, air, sea, and space vehicles, plus time for free play with some bricks when you're done perusing.
