LEGO Building Workshop

  • Virginia Museum of History & Culture 428 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard Richmond, VA, 23221 United States (map)

Get building at the VMHC! These 90-minute, family-friendly workshops will be taught by Ben Edlavitch, a season 4 competitor on Fox's LEGO Masters competition and will be a fun and educational way to learn about architecture and the landscapes around us.

Work together with fellow participants to create a sprawling miniature city skyline and learn amazing tips and tricks for building with LEGO.

After the program, head upstairs to view the VMHC's "Traveling Bricks" exhibition, which features more than 100 models of iconic land, air, sea, and space vehicles constructed from nearly 1 million LEGO bricks! Details at VirginiaHistory.org/TravelingBricks.

Notes:
--Suitable for all skill levels.
--Participants do not need to supply their own LEGOS
--Participants will not take home the built model after the workshop.
