It sounds like Top Golf is opening next month! If you've driven down I-195 lately, then you've seen the massive construction seemingly pop up over night. Top Golf shared this photo of the progress on Monday stating they're "...excited to bring the best golf entertainment experience to #Richmond Virginia this September!"
