Join Bite by Bite & Co. for a Valentine's Day theme charcuterie board workshop at Väsen Brewing Company! We will be creating a beautiful valentine themed board and enjoying a delicious charcuterie-tasting where you learn to create the perfect bite and indulge in all things charcuterie!

During this workshop, participants will be preparing a 10-inch masterpiece. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Participants will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on the directions and examples provided by your instructor after tasting specialty cheeses and meats, some of which are made in-store and are available to purchase after class. Be sure to come hungry!

Treat the little ones to a hands-on terrarium workshop that’s fun, creative, and educational! Our expert crew will guide the group through everything they need to know, including how to care for air plants, assemble a terrarium, and add their own decorative touches.

After the group instruction, kids will have time to create their masterpieces at our family-style tables. Sharing supplies and decorations encourages collaboration and conversation, making it a perfect environment to spark creativity and connection. Our team will provide one-on-one support to ensure every participant feels confident and inspired.

To make the experience extra special, we’re adding Valentine’s-themed décor for kids to use in their creations. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate the season while learning and having fun! Everyone leaves with a unique terrarium and a new appreciation for plants.

There’s no better way to show your affection for STEM than taking your sweetheart to the Science Museum. And on Valentine’s Day, you'll be smitten with the special price!

We’ve come up with 10 days over the course of the year where admission to the Science Museum is $10 for everyone, regardless of ticket category.

Science Museum members and children two and younger, as well as active-duty military, retired military, veterans and teachers with ID receive free exhibition admission every day. Further discounted tickets are available through the Museums for All program.

The $10 admission includes permanent exhibitions, labs, makerspace and demos. Dome features and admission to the summer touring exhibition require additional tickets.

Specifically during this workshop, those who purchased the Couples Workshop Ticket will learn tips and tricks for preparing a 17 inch masterpiece together, whereas an Individual Workshop Ticket will be preparing a 10 inch masterpiece. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty cheeses and meats will be available throughout the class. Be sure to come hungry!
