Cirrus Vodka

The Cirrus Vodka taproom is constantly whipping up fresh and delicious cocktails, making it the perfect place to hit when you are out and about — plus, they have a great patio! Some of our favorite concoctions include the spot’s Dirty Martini, Jala-Piña Mule, and Blackberry Smash. And don’t miss the Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar on Sundays — craft your perfect bloody from rim to fixings.

Or, if you need the cocktails to come to you, Cirrus can make that happen; get same-day local delivery, curbside pickup, UPS shipping throughout VA, or delivery through DoorDash.

Virago Spirits

You can find the Virago Spirits tasting room on the outskirts of Scott’s Addition, serving up what they call “uncommon craft spirits,” like: sherry cask finished rum, kali hibiscus gin, coffee liqueur, four-port rum, gin with oolong tea, chocolate liqueur, and more. The distillery also offers online ordering with local pick-up for their spirits, as well as their large selection of to-go cocktails.

Reservoir Distillery

Super-swanky Reservoir has been “raising [their] spirits and yours” since 2008, specializing in corn, wheat, and rye single-grain American whiskey. Channel your inner Ron Swanson and enjoy their many, many drinks in the setting of their beautiful tasting room that’s as warm as the whiskey is going down the hatch.

Trial & Error

Trial & Error is brought to us by the same people behind Bombolini Pasta. As they put it, “We draw from the personal experiences of both our customers and our staff, and experiment from there.” This results in everything from vodka and rum to limoncello and grappa. Have some sips at the tasting room, or take a bottle to go and swing by the pasta market and cafe on your way out.

Three Notch’d Craft Kitchen & Brewery

Okay, so Three Notch’d is technically a brewery, but it’s one of the best in the local-brewery biz, so you know they do drinks well in general. Pop by for a mixed drink or join the spot’s recently launched distillery club. The One Five One Distillery Club is very exclusive, limited to 151 members per Three Notch’d location, and gets participants exclusive access to new spirit releases, swag, and events. The brewery says the club “is your passport to the world of exceptional craft spirits.” We say, “Bon voyage!”
